Families in Manotick and Riverside South have something to celebrate in 2010!  Their local nursery school, the Manotick and Riverside South Co-operative Nursery School, marks its 50th anniversary.

Join the Nursery School as it celebrates its 50th anniversary and all the friendships – between parents and students – that got their start while the community’s children embarked on their first steps to learning.

“Rockin’ Through 50 Years of Play” will be located at Centennial Park in Manotick on Saturday, June 19th starting at 5:00pm. The whole community is invited and it is hoped EVERYONE will be there! Come re-connect with school alumni and past teaching staff. Or just enjoy a fantastic evening filled with 50′s fun and nostalgia – ALL kid friendly (of course!) Families are encouraged to bring a picnic dinner to be able to enjoy everything that is planned throughout the evening.
