Registration Forms

Registration forms packages for the 2010-11 school year are available below. Please ensure you print all pages and complete them appropriately, with supporting documents where necessary. There are different packages for the Preschool and Adventure Day programs:

As part of all registration packages, you will need to review and acknowledge you have read these important policies (pdf).

Committee and Board of Director positions (pdf) are available here to help with the completion of the Parent Participation form.

If you are interested in opting out of school committee work for a fee, please speak to our School Director or Registrar.

Welcome to our new website!

General Registration for 2010-11
General Registration is open to all
children wishing to enroll in our
programs this fall.
Please contact the Registrar or give us a call at 613-692-2188. Completed registration forms must be mailed to the school over the summer or dropped off with the Registrar (please contact).

We are 50 years old this school year! Thanks to all of those who attended and supported our 50th Birthday Celebration! The rain cooperated and we enjoyed a fantastic event. A good time was had by all.
